Reformer Pilates Flexibility Focus is our deep stretch day for tight, overworked bodies. We use the reformer's springs and straps to support you into longer, safer stretches so you can open hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine without forcing anything. Think slow pacing, mindful breathing, and lots of cues to help you release tension and move more freely. This class is perfect if you sit a lot, feel stiff after tougher workouts, or are easing back into movement. You'll walk out taller, looser, and with better mobility for every other class you take with us.
