Our Reformer Pilates Strength Training class is your 50-minute, head-to-toe strength session. We use adjustable resistance on the reformer to load your glutes, core, back, and arms in a joint-friendly way, so you feel the burn without pounding your body. Expect slow, controlled reps, clear coaching on form, and smart progressions that meet you where you are. With classes capped at around 11 people, we can tweak springs, angles, and tempo for your exact level. Ideal if you want more muscle definition, better posture, and real functional strength you feel in everyday life.
